Charles hopes to empower the university to more effectively reach people with web content through a deeper understanding of our users.

Cynthia is a marketing communications professional with a 25-year career in the broadcast industry and non-profit environments. After attending Virginia Tech, she worked as the marketing and public relations manager at Leitch 技术 Corporation. She then worked for several non-profits, most recently serving as the communications director for The Acts 2 Network. Cynthia has been an invited speaker on the topics of social media strategy, digital media and content creation.
